French Toast Breakfast
A different twist on an old breakfast favorite!
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
3 eggs
¼ C. milk
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
½ C. brown sugar
¼ C. water
Sliced fruit (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt together.
3. Dip bread into egg mixture and cook until light brown and egg is cooked. Bread should be slightly fluffy. Remove from pan.

Morning Hash
Hash or scramble is a staple here at our house. These are the basic ingredients, but we combine so many other veggies and meats on different occasions. Try it with breakfast sausage, peppers and mushrooms for a different flavor.
Ingredients:
¼ C. (½ stick) butter or margarine
5 medium boiling potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
½ tsp. seasoned salt
Salt and pepper
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. sliced smoked ham, cut into ½ inch wide strips
4 eggs beaten with 1 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
