Grilled Mushrooms

3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. chopped thyme
2 red bell peppers, chopped
1 tsp. chopped rosemary
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
¼ tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Put the mushrooms and peppers on skewers. Mix together all other ingredients and brush onto the mushrooms. Grill for approximately 4-6 minutes, or until tender.

Cheesy Buffalo Potato Bake
Ingredients:
4 baking potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon buffalo style hot sauce
1 (24 ounce) package grilled chicken breast strips, diced
1/4 cup buffalo style hot sauce
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
