Spicy Cheese Balls
No matter what time of the year you serve these they are a winner. Holiday favorite or mid-summer buffet! Easy to make and travel and sure to have no leftovers.
Ingredients:
1 pound spicy sausage
1 pound cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
6 green onions, finely chopped
2 hot peppers, finely chopped
3 cups instant biscuit mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients
Two apples (preferably Fuji or Granny Smith)
Three kiwis
Eight strawberries
Two peaches
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons of lime juice
